Nestled among trees and lush greenspace in a quiet Plymouth neighborhood, our pet-friendly community puts nature right at your doorstep. Take a morning stroll through the surrounding residential streets, or venture out to nearby French Regional Park for miles of scenic trails. When you're back home, enjoy a community designed with pets in mind — because every great apartment is better with a furry companion.

Our Pet Policy

We’re proud to be a pet-friendly community at Stonehill Apartments! We're committed to creating a pet-friendly community that works for everyone. Please review our pet policy:

  • Cats and dogs are welcome in all residences.
  • Maximum of two animals per home allowed.
  • $250 pet deposit / $250 (non-refundable) pet approval fee.
  • Monthly pet rent of $25 per cat and $40 per dog.
  • This community participates in PetScreening 

 

Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Dogo Argentino, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Perro de Presa Canario, and Cane Corso.
